Ingredients:

  • 360g or 2 cups of white rice
  • 600ml or 2.5 cups of water (use it in the second rinse)

Perfect Korean Rice Water in 4 steps:

  • Wash rice the first time: Put rice in a bowl, wash gently with water to remove dirt and impurities. Pour away the first patch of rice water.
